Prescription Medication* - 30 day supply of medication dispensed or Rx provided
One Free Vitamin B12 or Lipotropic "fat burner" injection
Follow-Up Visits ($85) Include:
Interval assessment with physician and/or physician's assistant
Prescription Medication Refill - 30 day supply of medication dispensed or Rx provided
Optional: Any of our available injections for just $10 at the time of office visit.
